At Bayu The Label, we want you to feel confident in your swimwear and apparel. If your purchase isn't quite right, you can return or exchange eligible items within 14 days of delivery provided they are in original condition with all hygiene liners intact.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags and hygiene stickers attached. Please note that sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange for a different size.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and attach the provided shipping label. Drop off your package at the nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
